NBA 2K19 MyTeam Cards: Kevin Durant 20th Anniversary Packs Bring KD, Westbrook Diamonds
One of the NBA’s top superstars today is Kevin Durant, as the Golden State Warriors star has won an MVP award, made the All-Star team multiple times, and won several championships. Now he’s being honored by packs with new NBA 2K19 MyTeam cards. Here are more details on the Kevin Durant 20th Anniversary packs in the NBA 2K19 MyTeam feature.
NBA 2K19 MyTeam Cards: KD, Westbrook Diamonds
Kevin Durant started off his phenomenal NBA career as a member of the Seattle Supersonics, who ultimately turned into the Oklahoma City Thunder. His early days featured a superpowered young trio consisting of himself, James Harden, and Russell Westbrook. The three teammates achieved an NBA Finals run, but they eventually disbanded as Harden left for Houston and KD signed with the Warriors.
On Friday, the brand new NBA 2K19 MyTeam Kevin Durant 20th Anniversary packs were unveiled. They feature none other than KD and his former Oklahoma City Thunder teammate Russell Westbrook. Gamers can now try to find diamonds in those packs, as both KD and Westbrook now have Pink Diamond MyTeam cards. Check out the promotional video below.
The newest 20th Anniversary packs join previous editions of these special packs of superstar cards. Other players that have received these included LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.
NBA 2K19 MyTeam Packs: Throwback Elites, Galaxy Opal Griffin Card
Those new Kevin Durant 20th Anniversary packs are valuable for another reason. If gamers can collect a set of the KD, Westbrook, and five other player cards, they’ll be able to trade in a set for a Galaxy Opal Blake Griffin card. Here’s a look at all of the cards available in the packs.

The Kevin Durant 20th Anniversary packs are available for purchase at the MyTeam Pack Market. Prices start at 7,500 VC or 10,500 MT tokens for a single pack. From there, they go up to 67,500 VC for 10 packs, or 135,000 VC for 20 packs. Gamers have a limited time to try to acquire the Durant, Westbrook, or other cards, as these will expire very soon.
