NBA 2K19 MyTEAM Diamond: Derrick Rose’s 50-Point Game Brings Brand New Card
On Halloween night, fans got to see a number of exciting NBA games and another huge performance on the court. Derrick Rose came through for an impressive scoring output to help the Minnesota Timberwolves. Due to his excellence, he’s being rewarded with one of the new NBA 2K19 MyTeam Cards, joining a certain Golden State Warriors star’s recent Diamond status.

Add another NBA star to MyTEAM Diamond status with better 2K19 player ratings. On Wednesday night (Oct. 31), fans were surprised to see the ghost of Rose’s MVP-self was in the building for the Timberwolves. Rose got the start in the game and played 41 minutes. He connected on 19-of-31 field goals including 4-of-7 three-pointers and 8-of-11 free throws. When all was said and done he had 50 points, and also the game-saving block on a three from Utah that would’ve tied things. All of that brought him a Diamond Moments Card as seen below.

It seems like many seasons ago that Derrick Rose, then with the Chicago Bulls, won the NBA MVP. At that time, plenty of fans expected him to continue to excel in the league and lead the Bulls to a few championships. However, terrible injuries struck D-Rose and limited his All-Star career.
He’s bounced between teams since then, playing for the NY Knicks, Cleveland Cavaliers and now the Minnesota Timberwolves. His performance last night certainly has fans talking and gamers wondering how well he’ll continue to play this season.
NBA 2K19 MyTEAM Diamond – Klay Thompson
Derrick Rose’s 50-point game was the second in just three days worth of NBA games. On Monday (Oct. 29), the Golden State Warriors’ Klay Thompson achieved the feat. Not only did he score 52 points, but he connected on a new record of 14 three-pointers in the game. Ironically, Thompson went off against Rose’s former team, the Chicago Bulls. Needless to say, that Klay received an NBA 2K19 MyTEAM Diamond Moments card as well.
