NBA 2K19 MyTeam Moments Cards: Joe Harris, Jayson Tatum Rewarded For NBA All-Star Weekend Wins

The NBA All-Star festivities have been captivating hoops fans’ attention in Charlotte. There have been a number of NBA All-Star Weekend highlight moments and the annual game hasn’t even arrived yet. That takes place on Sunday night, but ahead of it, fans were able to see the Skills Challenge, Three-Point Shootout, and Slam Dunk Contest events. In celebration of Saturday night wins, NBA 2K19 MyTeam Moments cards are now available for winners Joe Harris, Jayson Tatum, and Hamidou Diallo.

NBA 2K19 MyTeam Moments Card: Skills Challenge winner Jayson Tatum

Starting things off for Saturday’s events was the fun-filled Skills Challenge. It features players navigating a special course on the court which tests their dribbling, speed, passing accuracy, layup, and long-range shooting. Among the competitors were rookies Luka Doncic and Trae Young, as well as big men Nikola Vucevic and Nikola Jokic.

Ahead of the contest, NBA 2K19 gave a Skills Challenge prediction based on in-game skill ratings. However, the night’s first event went to Jayson Tatum, not the “Joker.” Thanks to a prayer shot from over half court, Tatum defeated speedster Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks in the finals to capture the trophy.

That brings Tatum a great new Diamond MomentsĀ Card with a 95 rating for Celtics’ fans to celebrate.

NBA 2K19 MyTeam Moments Card: Three-Point champ Joe Harris

The next event of the evening was the big Three-Point shootout and it featured brothers battling for bragging rights. Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry was part of the field, but so was his brother Seth Curry of the Portland Trail Blazers. Their father Dell was a former star for the Charlotte Hornets and was on hand to watch his sons compete.

Just like the Skills Challenge, NBA 2K19 tried to predict Three-Point winner. Their Stephen Curry prediction nearly came true. However, the Brooklyn Nets’ sharpshooter Joe Harris achieved a 26 score for his finals run against Curry. Steph nailed four out of five money balls on his final rack and fell short with a 24.

As seen above, there’s now an NBA 2K19 MyTeam Moments Card for Joe Harris. Just like Tatum, this is a Diamond card and features a 95 overall rating. However, it’s got a 99 three-point rating, giving gamers that super accurate scorer they need from beyond the arc.

Both of these Moments cards, as well as a Kyle Kuzma (Rising Stars MVP) and Hamidou Diallo are now available in NBA 2K19 MyTeam packs, or at the Auction House. Which of these cards are you most interested in trying to add to your NBA 2K19 MyTeam roster?
