NBA 2K20 Moments of the Week 8 Players Include Kemba Walker, Joel Embiid Among New MyTeam Cards
As the NBA 2K season moves forward at a rapid pace, there’s been some big performances from the basketball court. That includes recent games from the Celtics Kemba Walker, Sixers’ Joel Embiid, and Timberwolves’ Karl-Anthony Towns. All three players receive new NBA 2K20 Moments of the Week 8 cards as a result of their hard work on the hardwood.
NBA 2K20 Moments of the Week 8 Players
Leading the way for this week’s group of Diamonds is Boston Celtics star, Kemba Walker. In a recent outing against the Pacers, Kemba went off for 44 points on 16-for-28 shooting. The former Hornets star knocked down three-pointers as part of that effort but also dished out seven assists. Add in three rebounds and two steals with only two turnovers for a nice game.
It was a losing effort, but Kemba has the Celtics staying competitive in the Eastern Conference. He receives a 95 overall Diamond card as part of the new MOTW players. Joining him this week are big men Joel Embiid, Jaren Jackson Jr., and Karl-Anthony Towns.
The Sixers’ Embiid continues to record double-doubles on a nightly basis. One of his recent performances saw him score 38 points and grab 13 boards while also having six assists and a block. That solid effort helped in his team’s win in Boston and netted Embiid a 94 OVR Diamond for MOTW. KAT had 39 points, 12 rebounds, three assists, and two steals in a loss to the Clippers. He gets a Diamond as well with a 93 rating.
