NBA 2K20 Spotlight Challenges: How to Get Jeremy Lin EVO, Stephon Marbury Pink Diamond
As of today, Jeremy Lin is the newest player to be featured among the NBA 2K20 Spotlight Challenges. Lin, who was a star with the New York Knicks and Houston Rockets, among other teams, has a brand new Spotlight Challenge where gamers can earn some great rewards. That includes a new EVO card for Lin, as well as a Pink Diamond for former NBA All-Star guard Stephon Marbury.
NBA 2K20 Spotlight Challenges: Jeremy Lin Challenge
Jeremy Lin joins a list of previous Spotlight players including Dirk Nowitzki, Kevin Garnett, and Jason Kidd. As with previous NBA 2K20 Spotlight Challenges, gamers will need to go through a series of different challenges for the Jeremy Lin Spotlight. These are available in MyTeam mode under “Single Player” and then “Challenges” in the “Spotlight Challenges” section.
Gamers will then start with the first of the Jeremy Lin challenges. It requires defeating the current New York Knicks team on Rookie level using your MyTeam. The reward is a Jeremy Lin EVO card which can be evolved to a Pink Diamond. It also unlocks the second challenge called “Lin Double Digit Season Finale.” Each challenge needs to be completed to unlock the next one.
Here are all 17 of the individual challenges with their difficulty levels and rewards:
- Lin Intro Challenge (Rookie) – Jeremy Lin EVO card
- Double-Digit Season Finale (Pro) – 200 MT
- Beginning of Linsanity (Pro) – 400 MT
- Lin 20 and 10 (Pro) – 600 MT
- Lin 38 vs Kobe (Pro) – 6 Tokens
- Continue the Win Streak (All-Star) – Ruby Luke Ridnour card
- Game-Winning Three (All-Star) – 1,000 MT
- Rewrite History: Continue the Streak (All-Star) – 1,200 MT
- Rising Stars Challenge (Superstar) – 6 Tokens
- What If: Beat the Heat (All-Star) – 1,500 MT
- Lin 28 and 9 vs Warriors (Pro) – Amethyst Harrison Barnes
- First Playoff Series (All-Star) – 1,800 MT
- Back to Back Playoffs: Stop Lillard (Superstar) – 1,875 MT
- Lin Lakers Revenge (Superstar) – 2,000 MT
- Return of Linsanity (Superstar) – 2,500 MT
- Lin Championship (Superstar) – 5,000 MT
- Spotlight Finale (Superstar) – 7,500 MT
Jeremy Lin, Stephon Marbury rewards
As seen above, there are quite a bit of rewards that are available for some griding through the Jeremy Lin NBA 2K20 MyTeam Challenges. In addition to the MT and Tokens are the free player cards to add to your MyTeam roster. Jeremy Lin is the first reward for completing the Intro challenge.
His EVO starts at 85 OVR and requires scoring 10 points to move up to the next level of five. Eventually, it will evolve to a Pink Diamond after completing all requirements.
By completing all 17 of the required challenges above, gamers earn the Stephon Marbury Pink Diamond card as a reward. So it’s certainly worth the grind for those who want to add a nice point guard option to their MyTeam roster.
