NBA 2K21 Finals Packs Feature Championship Winners Including LeBron, Magic, and Moses Malone
With the Los Angeles Lakers on the verge of adding another NBA Championship to the rafters, NBA 2K21 Finals packs are now available in MyTeam. The newest promotion brings some of the best players of all-time to ever lace up their sneakers and play in the NBA Finals. Among them are Moses Malone, Magic Johnson, and King LeBron James.
NBA 2K21 Finals packs feature 12 championship-winning stars
With the new NBA 2K21 Finals packs, MyTeam gamers will have a shot at one of 12 different players. The best card of the bunch goes to former Philadelphia 76ers champion Moses Malone, who won the title back in 1982-83 with Philly.
It’s a new 95 overall Pink Diamond for Malone that gamers can randomly pull from these packs. In particular, Malone gets a 97 rating for his rebound to go with 86 Inside Scoring, 84 Outside Scoring, and 82 Athleticism. A total of 21 badges including 11 Gold and six HOF are also on this player item.
LeBron James, representing the Miami Heat, and Magic Johnson for the Los Angeles Lakers are also available, in Diamond form. Each player gets a 93 overall card with different attributes. Another of the Lakers from the Kobe Bryant championship squad is featured with big man Pau Gasol, as well as Golden State Warriors sharpshooter Klay Thompson.

Packs, boxes, and auction listings
The new NBA 2K21 Finals packs arrived on Friday, October 9, 2020, and join the Playoff Records packs in the MyTeam Pack Market. Right now, Finals base packs go for 11,250 Virtual Currency (VC) or 10,500 MT points. A Deluxe pack is 15,000 VC or 17,250 MT, while a 10-pack box is 135,000 VC.
For gamers with a good-sized bankroll in terms of MT, consider the 2K21 Auction House for bidding on or buying player items outright. As of this report, LeBron James’ cards are going for 220,000 MT or more on PS4. Magic Johnson’s cards are going for slightly less, with prices around 150,000 to 175,000 MT.
Surprisingly, those two Diamond players are going for more than Pink Diamond Moses Malone. As of this report, PlayStation 4 listings are going for just over 100,000 MT for the former Sixers forward/center.
