Chapter 3 is going to bring many new exciting things to Fortnite Battle Royale. While many players are extremely excited about the new map, it will be just one of many new additions to the game. We already have a leak that shows a new Fortnite Chapter 3 feature that will come to the game very soon!
Considering that we are in the last week of Chapter 2, we will most likely get even more leaks soon. Epic Games is preparing something huge and the next chapter could completely change the game. It won’t be surprising if Fortnite hits another peak right after the new chapter comes out!
First leaked Fortnite Chapter 3 feature
The first leaked Fortnite Chapter 3 feature is about animals! The first animal in Fortnite players could interact with was a shark. After it, there were chickens, frogs, wolves, and boars, and dinosaurs were added later on. Finally, the game developer has recently added crows to the game.
Now, it seems that we are getting another animal in Chapter 3. According to HYPEX, the most popular Fortnite leaker, seagulls are coming in the next chapter. They were spotted in Chapter 3 concept art and will most likely be found in tropical areas. The leaker is not sure if seagulls will come immediately in Season 1, but it is definitely possible. At the moment, seagulls can be found in certain spots on the map, but players cannot interact with them.
While this leak does not seem special at first, there may be more than meets the eye. A few months ago, HYPEX leaked that Fortnite could get rideable animals in the future. Back in June, this feature was in an early development stage. However, it might come out with Chapter 3. Even though seagulls are small, Epic could let players ride them or simply attach themselves for extra mobility. After all, chickens are also small, yet they can be used for mobility.
Chapter 3 release date
Fortnite Chapter 3 will most likely be released on Tuesday, December 7. The upcoming live event will happen on December 4 and considering that most updates come out on Tuesday, we can expect Chapter 3 to follow suit.
However, this also means that we will get another Black Hole experience! This time, it might last for two and a half days.
