Call of Duty: Warzone players are going to get a lot of new content very soon. The new game in the series, called Vanguard, is just around the corner and it will bring big changes to the battle royale title as well. Once again, Warzone will be integrated into a new Call of Duty game. However, the integration will bring a new map this time!
When it first came out, Warzone was integrated into the Modern Warfare title. A few months later, the free-to-play title was merged with Black Ops Cold War as it received a lot of new content. This year, it is time for the Vanguard integration and it will bring big things.
New Warzone map is coming soon
The Vanguard Warzone integration will happen on December 3, 2021. This is around a month after Vanguard comes out, which is enough time for developers to make sure that the process goes smoothly. The new Warzone map will come out on this day, which is amazing! Furthermore, the battle royale title will get some new gameplay features, such as planes.
Activision has released several images that show off the new Warzone map. Players have noticed planes dogfighting in some of those images, which is something that will be added with the Vanguard integration.
Unlike Verdansk, the new map will not have many tall buildings. Furthermore, the images show some water which may be a hint for either swimming mechanics or water vehicles.
The community feels mostly positive about the released images. Many players love the lack of buildings and open areas, which could be something that will take a while to get used to. It appears that players will be able to find anti-aircraft guns on the ground as well, which will be a good counter against the new vehicles.
The ending event
Before Warzone players get the new map and the Vanguard integration, there will be a new event. This event will serve as a final goodbye to Verdansk as players will relive its memories.
The event will be unique and each circle will have a different memory. Considering that past events were a success, the upcoming event will be a must-watch for every Warzone player!
