What are some of the free games we might expect through PS Plus next month? Our first guess is the Devil May Cry: HD Collection. Originally released in 2012 on PS3 and Xbox 360, this collection finally made it to PS4, Xbox One and Windows last year. Featuring a Capcom title for free through PS Plus in September makes sense in celebration of the September 6th release of the Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Expansion.
Another Capcom game which could be free next month might be Mega Man 11. It has been almost a year since this award-nominated game released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC. It is about time that PS Plus subscribers get a chance to enjoy its classic-style gameplay for free.
Also coming out in September is Greedfall by the developer Spiders. Maybe we’ll get to play another Spiders game for free through PS Plus next month? One idea might be the fantasy action RPG Bound by Flame. The game came out in 2014, and actually was featured through PS Plus last August. Perhaps we’ll get to play it again this September.
Finally, we have The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series releasing on September 10th. So we predict we might get to play another Telltale series for free next month. Our pick is Game of Thrones: A Telltale Game Series, which was free previously in 2017 through PS Plus.
