RBI Baseball 19: Patch Release Revealed, Tim Beckham Early Candidate For A Boost

It’s way too early to start talking about player ratings, or is it? After one game Tim Beckham is an MVP candidate. Okay, that is going way too far. However, Beckham had an Opening Day to remember as the Seattle Mariners defeated the Oakland A’s 9-7.

Beckham went 3-3, scored three runs and hit a home run in the M’s victory. Another game like that and Beckham will be one of the movers and shakers in the RBI Baseball 19 weekly roster update!

RBI Baseball celebrates first Home Run of 2019

In case you didn’t know, the 2019 MLB season has quietly begun. If you live outside of Oakland or Seattle, you probably weren’t aware. While the other 28 teams will start on March 28 or 29, the A’s and M’s are playing the Opening Series in Japan.

RBI Baseball wasted no time tweeting out Khris Davis’ first home run of the season!

The defending home run champion wasted no time hitting his first of the new season. Last year Davis led the majors with 48 home runs making his nickname “Khrush Davis” very apropos.

First Patch reveal for Xbox

The makers at RBI Baseball weren’t just celebrating Davis’ return to the diamond. They have also revealed the first Patch update of the year for Xbox.

The improvements include enhanced base-runner AI, streamlined fielding animations, updated player photos, and much more! As of now, RBI Baseball 19 has only released their patch improvements for Xbox. Gamers are already asking on Twitter when the patch updates will be revealed for PS4 and Nintendo Switch devices.

While the RBI Baseball gang didn’t have an answer, they did say to stay tuned for their first roster update and more game info coming soon.
