Red Dead Online XP Farm: How to Best Farm for Experience Online
There are a lot of ways to earn experience and level up in Red Dead Online like running around with a posse and fishing. However, there is one Red Dead Online XP farm method that players are sharing around right now. This method allows players to farm experience supposedly the fastest so they can reach the max rank quickly.
The Red Dead Online XP farm is actually possible early on within the first few hours of playing online. However, it does require doing some weird things with the game’s systems. In fact, it is possible that Rockstar Games could update this method out in the future. Or, at the very least, make it less useful. In the meantime, though, here’s what you need to do.
How to Do the Red Dead Online XP Farm
This method is the quickest way we know of currently of reaching rank 50. We have to give credit to YouTube channel PS4Trophies for showing off how to do this. Basically, you will need to have completed the main story missions in Red Dead Online all the way to the final mission. You can even have completed the final mission as it is possible to redo missions anytime.
The final mission “Kill Them, Each and Every One of Them” is the mission you want to do. Though you can do it with up to four players total, we recommend doing it with just one other person to maximize your Red Dead Online XP farm. Essentially, you are going to farm the same initial checkpoint in the mission over and over.
You are tasked with clearing out the fort of enemies. You are going to want to kill the enemies repeatedly until there are only a few left. However, do not kill all of them. This will progress the mission. Instead, let yourself be killed so you start from the beginning. Then rinse and repeat over and over. Some users recommend using the split-point ammo for the Revolver to maximize XP per kill.
