Resurgence Supreme LTM Coming to Call of Duty: Warzone

You are probably waiting with bated breath for the Season 5 Reloaded update for Call of Duty: Warzone, which is arriving September 28th. This is the last update for Season 5 of Warzone. In this post, we are going to go over the changes you can expect in the game, with a special focus on the Resurgence Supreme LTM.

Before we dive in, we just wanted to mention that this is a good time to look into how to get easy lobbies in Warzone so you can get the most out of what the rest of Season 5 has to offer. Now, let’s go ahead and jump into the update details.

What is Resurgence Supreme?

Resurgence Supreme is, as just stated, a limited-time mode (LTM). It will add epic quality ground loot like Weapon Blueprints to Rebirth Island in a way that is “fine-tuned for competitive play. with adjustments like increased health points, the removal of extraneous items, and more. The Resurgence Countdown will also be increased, though the value of each action is doubled to reward active play.”

If you get at least 15 eliminations when winning a Resurgence Supreme match, you will get a calling Card called “Resurgence Trials Victory.” You can play this LTM on your own or as part of a duo, trio or quad, providing plenty of flexibility for how you choose to experience the mode.

What Else is Coming to Call of Duty: Warzone?

While Resurgence Supreme is the highlight of the update to Warzone, there is more. A lot of favorites are coming back to Playlists. Some of these include Rebirth Blood Money, Clash, Golden Plunder, Rebirth Payload, and Fortune’s Keep Resurgence. So, that is great news for anyone who has been missing these (and we know that is a lot of you).

In the same announcement post that discusses Resurgence Supreme and the Playlists, Blizzard also mentions a new multiplayer map called “Fortress” that is coming to Vanguard. The post also introduces Rorke and Seraph, a couple of new deployments. There are a few other announcements in the post as well, but you will need to read through it in full for all the details.

What Else is Happening in the World of Call of Duty?

There is a lot to keep gamers busy in Warzone and Vanguard right now. But we are also a few short weeks away from the October 28th release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. This game is the sequel to the 2019 reboot of Modern Warfare, and will have gamers rejoining Captain John Price. There was recently a multiplayer beta for the game. Early reviews of the beta suggest that this component of Modern Warfare II already is running pretty smoothly, which bodes well for the launch.

If you can pull yourself away from Warzone for a few minutes, you can pre-order Modern Warfare II on console or PC. The PC editions include the Standard Edition and the Vault Edition. The console editions include the Cross-Gen Bundle and the Vault Edition. Wondering what extras come with the Vault Edition? This version includes the Ghost Legacy Pack, the Red Team 141 Operator Pack, the FJX Cinder Weapon Vault, and the Battle Pass + 55 Tier Skips along with all standard features. Gamers who pre-order Modern Warfare II digitally can get access to the campaign up to a week early.

Now you are up to date on what is going on with Call of Duty: Warzone, Vanguard, and Modern Warfare II. Enjoy playing the Resurgence Supreme LTM and the updated Playlists while you look forward to the late October release of Modern Warfare II.
