Cayo Perico, the next GTA Online Heist expansion and reportedly the largest to ever come to the game, is now available. Featuring an all-new island map and the most free-form approach to Heist planning yet, the GTA Online Cayo Perico Heist aims to offer players something completely new.

Infiltrating the heavily guarded private party island of the ruthless drug lord El Rubio? Now you’re talking. Leave behind the lights of Los Santos for the sands of Cayo Perico and your biggest heist yet.”
Unusually for a heist in GTA Online, the Cayo Perico Heist can actually be tackled solo from start to finish. Of course, it does offer the standard approach for up to four players. However, for the first time, solo players won’t be restricted from attempting the mission too. The story of the new heist begins with the player meeting Miguel Madrazo; a member of the Madrazo crime family who wants somebody to steal valuable documents from Cayo Perico.
The island itself is heavily-fortified, despite its festival atmosphere. Players will be able to undertake the heist in a variety of different ways, starting by infiltrating the site to scope out potential approaches. Players can do as much or as little of the heist’s setup missions as they wish. When you launch the heist proper, you’ll be able to choose from a wide range of approach options and strategies. As a result, Cayo Perico boasts a great deal more replayability than previous heist missions. The size of the island, and the lack of a linear path, means that there is a lot for players to do along the way as well. These include secondary stashes where players can score extra loot… at extra risk.
