Strange Brigade Announces New Character and DLC Schedule, Including Free Maps

Strange Brigade is the latest game from Rebellion Developments, the studio behind the Sniper Elite franchise. The game launched on the 28th of August, and now Rebellion has announced their planned DLC schedule for the next three months. Not only will there be new playable characters, but they plan to add new free maps with every DLC release. The first of these maps are available today as part of a free update. Prior to the launch of Strange Brigade, VGR interviewed Jason Kingsley, the CEO of Rebellion, about the game. The full interview is available here.

The Strange Brigade DLC Schedule & Thrice Damned Campaign

The first DLC character for Strange Brigade is now available free for Season Pass holders; Patrick “Bash” Conaghan. An ex-rodeo rider, Bash has a unique amulet attack called “Wrath of Quetzalcoatl”. Players who don’t own the Season Pass can buy the Texas Cowboy Character Pack, which is available for $6.99 on all platforms. This pack is the only piece of paid DLC arriving in September. Of the four new maps, which have now been added to the game via an update, three are for the Score Attack game mode while one is for Horde. Harbin’s Dig Path II, Hidden Valley II, and Tunnels of Wadjet II are for Score Attack, while Palace is for Horde.
