CD Projekt have announced yet another Witcher sale to kick off 2019, with discounts across the entire series. While Witcher franchise sales are nothing rare for the company’s online platform, GOG.com, this sale is notable for the size of the discount; The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is currently available for 70% off, the lowest price ever for the title.

CD Projekt announced the sale with a Tweet from the official ‘The Witcher’ Twitter account. Normally, when the company puts the franchise on sale, the older titles feature huge discounts while The Witcher 3 receives only a small price drop. This time, however, The Witcher 3: Game of the Year edition is available for just £10.59, down 70% from £34.99. This applies to the game’s standard edition too. Meanwhile, the Hearts of Stone DLC is available for 59% off, and Blood and Wine is available for 60% off. The game’s Expansion Pass is also 60% off in the sale.

Of course, the rest of The Witcher series is also included in the sale. The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director’s Cut, and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition are both on sale for 85% off. The Witcher Adventure Game is available for 84% off, making it the cheapest item in the sale. Finally, the most recent Witcher game has just a 25% sale price reduction; Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales. Thronebreaker released just a few months ago, launching alongside the Homecoming update for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. Of course, as a free title, Gwent does not appear in the sale.

Witcher Sale Now Available on GOG

While there have been plenty of opportunities in the past to get the older Witcher titles at very low prices, The Witcher 3 has never been available this cheaply. As such, it’s an ideal opportunity for gamers who’ve always wanted to play the award-winning RPG. It’s unknown exactly how long the sale will continue for, but it’s unlikely to last for very long.
