World of Tanks: Exploring The New Launched Maps

Wargaming has released the Update 1.1 you all have been waiting for. The Update is currently under testing so make sure you send your feedback to Wargaming for future fixes. One of the many exciting additions Update 1.1 brings to World of Tanks is the new maps and the updates to the existing ones. Minsk and Studzianki maps are available in-game while Pilsen received some significant changes.

The Update 1.1 is finally released. Minsk and Studzianki maps look amazing while the first is also the starting point of World of Tanks. It is the place where the developers started their course in the world of games. Studzianki’s story, on the other hand, revolves around a battle between the invading German forces and the native Polish 1st Armoured Brigade and Soviet 8th Army on the Eastern Front. The map is filled with various cool places including fields and small village houses.

While the maps mentioned above got released for the very first time, Pilsen that was already in the game received some significant changes. Because many vehicles were struggling to position themselves in Pilsen map, Wargaming decided to enlarge it. They also repositioned the hangars on the left flank to increase their distance. Additionally, some buildings were removed while the eastern flank was also redesigned. Of course, the map now has many other features that you should experience in-game rather than reading them here.

Other maps that got some changes are the Glacier, the Siegfried Line, the Mines and the Province. The purpose of all the changes applied to these maps is to make your gameplay experience better. Some of them were made to allow certain vehicles to maps where some of them could not function adequately and therefore players were not preferring picking them. Overall, the Update 1.1 is fixing many issues you might have while playing. Be sure you keep sending your feedback to Wargaming to help them fix more problems in the future.
