WWE 2K19 DLC Packs: Ronda Rousey & Rey Mysterio, Ric Flair Wooooo! Edition Now Available
When the WWE 2K19 video game first arrived, one of the major advantages for those who bought pre-orders were the bonus playable superstars. That included WWE legend Rey Mysterio and WWE Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey. There was also a special Ric Flair Wooooo! edition of the game available for pre-order. As of Tuesday (Nov. 6), 2K announced that these WWE 2K19 DLC packs are now available for individual purchase.
WWE 2K19 DLC Packs: Ronda Rousey & Rey Mysterio
Gamers can now purchase the special Ronda Rousey & Rey Mysterio pack. This was previously available for those who bought the game on pre-order and included the two playable superstars. Those who bought the standard edition of the game did not receive these bonus characters.
Mysterio recently made his return to the WWE after a hiatus from competition. Former MMA star Ronda Rousey debuted at last year’s WrestleMania and has since taken the women’s division by storm, winning the WWE Raw Women’s Championship. In fact, Rousey aka “The Baddest Woman on the Planet,” has yet to lose since her arrival. She’ll face WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch at Survivor Series this month.
This WWE 2K19 DLC pack not only includes those two playable superstars but also two different Tower modes that weren’t included in the standard edition game. They are the “Ronda Has Arrived” and “Rey Returns” Towers.
WWE 2K19 DLC Packs: Wooooo! Edition
The other WWE 2K19 pack available for purchase is the Wooooo! Edition. This is the pack that was part of the Ric Flair Collector’s edition of the game, also previously a pre-order edition of 2K19.
This edition of the game has a number of bonus playable characters that are included. They are “80s-inspired” Hall of Famers such as “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, Dusty Rhodes, and Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat. There also a WrestleMania VIII edition of “Macho Man” Randy Savage and a 2002 version of The Undertaker.

In addition to those characters, gamers who get this pack will get Ric Flair’s WrestleMania 24 robe for his attire and Charlotte Flair’s WrestleMania 32 robe. They’ll also be able to use the 1983 WCW Starrcade arena for matches. Adding to the excitement of this pack is the special “Nature Boy” Tower in which gamers can play as Ric Flair and go against all of the legends above in matches to earn “in-game currency.”
Gamers can buy either of the above WWE 2K19 DLC packs for $7.99 each by heading to the PS4 or Xbox stores to purchase them. There should be additional content packages on the way in the coming months so gamers will have a chance to purchase them.
