With the big WWE Evolution pay-per-view approaching quickly, the spotlight is on the women’s wrestling superstars. It will a first-ever WWE pay-per-view with all women’s matches. That includes Charlotte Flair challenging Becky Lynch for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship. There will also be a women’s Battle Royal to determine who gets a shot at one of the women’s titles. Meanwhile, Xavier Woods is hosting an All-Women’s Gauntlet on his popular YouTube channel featuring WWE 2K19 superstars.

WWE 2K19 Superstars Becky Lynch, Zelina Vega battle

At the WWE Evolution PPV, Becky Lynch has her title on the line against Charlotte Flair in a “Last Woman Standing” match. Becky is also trying to be the last woman standing in a tournament. There’s just one round played and Becky went up against feisty manager Zelina Vega on one side. To add fuel to the fire, Zelina chose to play against Lynch as her upcoming opponent, Charlotte Flair, who holds a higher rating than most women on the game’s roster.

Fans can watch the matchup in the YouTube link above to see who advanced to the finals. The winner takes on the winner of the other matchup below. As mentioned, Becky will participate in the upcoming pay-per-view this Sunday, but Zelina Vega hasn’t been listed for a match.

WWE 2K19 Superstars: The IIconics vs. Asuka face off

That other matchup features SmackDown’s newest female stable, The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce), taking on The Empress Asuka. Fans already have a good idea of who would win in the ring, if it was a one-on-one between Asuka and either Billie or Peyton. However, they’ve all crossed paths in the ring before in NXT when Asuka was defending her NXT Women’s Championship.

The IIconics and Asuka aren’t on the pay-per-view’s listed matches. However, they are likely to appear in that women’s battle royal. Asuka has to be the favorite in that matchup if she’s a part of it.

WWE 2K19 Superstars’ ratings for Evolution PPV

In the WWE 2K19 game, Asuka is an 84 and right behind her is Becky Lynch at 83. Meanwhile, Peyton Royce and Billie Kay are each rated at 78. There’s time for The IIconic Duo to improve as they’ve stumbled a bit on the SmackDown Live roster.

Zelina Vega is the only one in the All-Women’s Gauntlet who wasn’t a playable character in the game. She is a part of the game as Andrade “Cien” Almas’ manager. However, there are also some great WWE 2K19 CAWs available including Zelina at the Community Creations area from the game menu.

Gamers have the options to simulate matches for WWE Evolution, making it a highly realistic and fun game. All that’s required is adding some of the legends who will be a part of the pay-per-view, as well as any of the females who weren’t on the game’s roster upon release.

The WWE 2K19 game is currently available for the Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One consoles.
