WWE 2K20 Cover Star Becky Lynch to Appear on Straight Up Steve Austin
Raw Women’s Champion and WWE 2K20 cover star Becky Lynch will appear on the new episode of Straight Up Steve Austin. Lynch, one of two cover stars, will be the latest celebrity that Stone Cold hangs out with and talks to. On last week’s episode, the WWE legend talked football and played the WWE 2K20 game with Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield.
WWE 2K20 cover star Becky Lynch hangs out with Stone Cold on new series
On Monday, Stone Cold Steve Austin tweeted out to promote the fourth episode of his weekly series Straight Up Steve Austin. The latest show features none other than WWE 2K20 cover star Becky Lynch. She’s currently known as “The Man” and the “Irish Lass Kicker” on the main roster. She’s the reigning WWE Raw Women’s Champion. Becky also previously held the SmackDown Women’s belt simultaneously after winning an epic WrestleMania main event.
Lynch made further history when she appeared as one of the WWE 2K20 cover stars. It marked the first time a women’s superstar appeared on the cover Becky appears front and center on the new professional wrestling video game package standing with fellow WWE superstar Roman Reigns. The two were also prominent in the video game commercial, which also features WWE legends including Stone Cold Steve Austin.
In addition to that, Becky Lynch appears in the game’s Showcase Mode. This year’s story mode focuses on the Four Horsewomen in WWE. They also include Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Charlotte Flair. On recent WWE programming, Sasha Banks made her surprising return to WWE Raw to attack current champion, Becky Lynch, setting up a match in the future.
The USA Network released a preview trailer for the upcoming episode featuring Becky. It looks like she’ll give more details about her career and how she got to where she is. In addition, Austin and Lynch will do a bit of ATV riding and ax-throwing amongst other things on the show.
Viewers can watch the new Straight Up Steve Austin episode on the USA channel right after WWE Raw ends at 11 p.m. Eastern Time. The show will also appear on-demand on the USA Network’s website or apps after the telecast. However, only cable and satellite subscribers can use that service.
The newest WWE 2K video game starring Becky Lynch officially arrives on October 22, 2019, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PCs.
