Xbox Live Games with Gold August 2020 Free Games: August Predictions
Our first prediction for the free games for the month of August is Maize. Skully by Finish Line Games is going to release on August 4th on all major platforms. So featuring another game from the same developer seems like a great idea. The official description for Maize reads, “Maize is a first-person adventure game about what happens when two scientists misinterpret a memo from the U.S. Government and create sentient corn. And that last sentence is pretty much the least ridiculous thing about the game.”
Another game that will come out next month is Windbound on August 28th. Maybe we will be able to play another game from developer Deep Silver. One possibility is Outward, “an open-world RPG where the cold of the night or an infected wound can be as dangerous as a predator lurking in the dark.”
Speaking of Deep Silver, one of the bigger releases scheduled for August is Wasteland 3 on August 28th. So, another game we might get to play for free next month could be Wasteland 2.
Finally, our last prediction for the free games for next month is Project CARS. Project CARS 3 is coming out on August 28th. Project CARS 2 was already featured in April this year, but the original hasn’t been featured since 2017.
