Now that we’ve talked about the February free games and when we can expect a March announcement, let’s go over some predictions for the Xbox Games with Gold March free games.
One game release planned for March 24th for Xbox One and PC is Ninja Theory’s Bleeding Edge. Could we get to play another Ninja Theory game next month for free through Xbox Games with Gold? One idea might be DmC: Devil May Cry, the 2013 reboot of the popular series.
Another game coming out a few days later on March 27th on Xbox One and all other major platforms is One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. Perhaps another One Piece game will be free in March. A possibility would be One Piece: Burning Blood, which released in 2016 on Xbox One, PS4, PS Vita and Windows. Neither this game nor any others from the series have been free through Games with Gold, so it is about time.
Looking toward April releases for more ideas, Resident Evil 3’s remake is due to release on April 3rd on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Maybe this would be the right time to make the remake of Resident Evil 2 free through Games with Gold. The game came out in January of last year, so it has arguably been long enough.
Finally, perhaps we’ll get to play a zombie game in a different popular franchise for free next month instead. One idea would be Dead Island from 2011. While this game has been free through Xbox Games with Gold before, it hasn’t been since 2014. What a great time this would be to dive back into this classic.
