Yes, that’s right, you can find the ghost of a girl haunting one of the areas of the game. The area in question? The already spooky state of Lemoyne.
Filled with murky swamps, gators, crazy folk, and all manner of creatures, it’s no surprise it is also home to the Red Dead Redemption 2 ghost girl. In particular, this Easter egg is for finding the Ghost of Agnes Dowd. Dedicated players will recognize that she is the same ghost that was previously referenced by Reverend Swanson in the game.
How to Find the Red Dead Redemption 2 Ghost Girl
Here’s how to find the Ghost of Agnes Dowd. You are going to want to head to the state of Lemoyne, specifically the Bluewater Marsh. Once you arrive at the Bluewater Marsh on your map, you will want to head to the Western side of it. The specific time you have to do this is allegedly between 9 pm and 3 am. If you’re at the wrong time, set up camp and take a nice little nap.
Once in the right place at the right time, it is possible to hear the Red Dead Redemption 2 ghost girl’s creepy voice. Follow her voice further and further into the swamp until you will see a ghostly visage. Your goal is to not get too close to her, though, or she’ll disappear. Instead, watch from afar and you’ll see some ghastly moments.
What is interesting is that this isn’t the end of the Red Dead Redemption 2 ghost girl Easter egg. Apparently, she can be found up to 16 times in your game and the encounter will be completely different all 16 times. After that, though, Agnes Dowd will vanish for good.
