Bungie Has No Plans To Release Destiny 2: The Collection On Consoles And PC

Google just launched its new video gaming streaming service called Stadia. If you don’t know what it is, here’s a quick explanation. Google Stadia is just like your Netflix but for games. You don’t have to buy consoles or anything. All you need to start playing on Google’s Stadia is Stadia subscription and a compatible device. Currently, you can play games using Stadia on your mobile phones, Google Chrome, Digital Media, or use Chromecast. Destiny 2: The Collection is one of the launch titles of Google Stadia which was announced back in mid-2019.

Destiny 2: The Collection Not Releasing Outside Stadia

Destiny 2 The Collection Google Stadia

Prior to the launch of Google Stadia, there were no ratings of Destiny 2: The Collection from PEGI. But after Stadia went live so does the PEGI ratings. As we all know, Destiny 2 The Collection is exclusive to Google’s Stadia service. But if we take a look at PEGI ratings, it says that this edition of the game will be coming to consoles (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) and PC in the future (no exact date mentioned).

Unfortunately, Bungie has confirmed that it has no plans to release Destiny 2 The Collection on consoles and PC. So, this edition of the game will stay exclusive to Google Stadia (for now). As for the future, we may see other versions of the game as Black Friday sale is almost upon us.

Talking about the challenges in Destiny 2, this player has defeated the final boss of Destiny 2’s new dungeon “Pit of Heresy” by punching him seven times. Yes, only seven times. Well, the only punching master we have in Destiny 2 is – Titans. Have you tried this strategy in the new dungeon? Let us know in the comments!

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is now live on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, released on October 1, 2019, and later in November on Google Stadia.
