Destiny 2: Bungie Bounty Going Live This Week, Graviton Lance Changes

Last week, Bungie announced that Bungie Bounty is back with the start of Year 3 in Destiny 2 with a brand-new in-game emblem. Just like before, in order to get this new emblem, you’ll need to merge with the Bungie Fireteam and participate in the live activity (Crucible match, Strikes, etc). Lately, Bungie has been doing on Crucible matches for the Bungie Bounty, but this time, there has been some change of plans.

Bungie Bounty Going Live This Week

Destiny 2 New Crucible Director Bungie Bounty

On September 10, 2019, Bungie CEO Pete Parsons will be going live with the Head of Xbox Phil Spencer on Xbox One. They will be playing strikes in Destiny 2 with a spare spot. So, if you’re lucky enough to get merged with Bungie’s Fireteam, you’ll get a free emblem. Here’s what they said in TWAB:

Next week, we’re assembling a special strike team for another Bungie Bounty—and, like we always do, we’re leaving a seat open. In keeping with our streaming tradition, this is your chance to find us in the wilds of matchmaking and engage in live combat with the hopes of winning an emblem as your reward. On this occasion, we’re putting a price on the heads of whichever strike bosses the fates choose.

Graviton Lance Getting Buffed

In the very same TWAB blog-post, Community Manager at Bungie dmg04 revealed that along with the Sunshot magazine size increase, Graviton Lance is also getting a 30% damage buff inside PvE in Shadowkeep. Graviton Lance was one of the best weapons inside PvP in Year 1 of Destiny 2. Shadowkeep comes with a variety of new features including Finishing Moves, Armor 2.0, and new Eververse Economy.

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep will be hitting PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, on October 1, 2019, and later in November on Google Stadia.
