Iron Banner is live in Destiny 2 right now and will go on for this week until the next weekly reset on Tuesday. It is the first time we have Iron Banner in Season of Dawn and with that comes a new quest for power rewards. Each season, Bungie tends to release an Iron Banner exclusive weapon. But this time, it seems the new Bow got pushed back to next season. We don’t have any information about what kind of perks would this bow has when it’s released in the game.
Destiny 2: Iron Banner Quest Steps
This time, it seems the new quest for the Iron Banner is quite evenly spread out with every weapon. You need to get kills with shotguns, rocket launchers, scout rifles, and hand cannons along with capturing zones defeating your opponents. Below, you can see each step for this season’s Iron Banner quest:
Step 1: Light the Fires
At any time during Season 9, defeat opponents, capture zones, and land Super final blows in the Iron Banner.
- Opponents defeated: 30
- Zones: 10
- Super defeats: 3
Step 2: Iron Sights
At any time during Season 9, complete matches, capture zones, and land final blows using Scout Rifles in the Iron Banner.
- Matches completed: 6
- Zones: 20
- Final Blows: 25 (Scout Rifles)
Step 3: Pump Iron
At any time during Season 9, defeat opponents, capture zones, and land final blows using Shotguns in the Iron Banner.
- Zones: 30
- Opponents defeated: 100
- Final Blows: 20 (Shotgun)
Step 4: Death Metal
At any time during Season 9, capture zones, land final blows using Hand Cannons, and land Super final blows in the Iron Banner.
- Super defeats: 15
- Zones: 40
- Final Blows: 15 (Hand Cannons)
Step 5: Iron Rain
At any time during Season 9, complete matches, capture zones, and land final blows using Rocket Launchers in the Iron Banner.
- Final Blows: 10 (Rocket Launcher)
- Zones: 50
- Matches completed: 15
