FIFA 19 Team Of The Week 19 Features Luka Modric, Edinson Cavani, & Kylian Mbappe

It’s hard to believe, but there have been 18 FIFA Team of the Week lineups revealed, and now No. 19 arrives! As with previous lineups, these TOTW rosters feature the best-of-the-best within the world of football from recent games. Headlining the FIFA 19 Team of the Week 19 are some major stars including Luka Modric and Edinson Cavani with cards in the 90s.

FIFA 19 Team of the Week 19: Modric, Cavani headline TOTW

In last week’s FIFA TOTW 18 starting XI, gamers got high-rated cards for Devid de Gea and Luis Suarez. This week brings a trio of top stars, two of which have low 90s ratings. Those players are Luka Modric, Edinson Cavani, and Kylian Mbappe.

Modric had a goal in Real Madrid’s game against Sevilla. That brings him a 92-rated player card this week. Cavani scores a 91-rated card after a hat trick in Paris Saint-Germain’s 9-0 win over Guingamp. His teammate Mbappe did the same and brings an 89 rating with his latest FUT card. Mbappe makes the group after his recent FIFA 19 Team of the Year selection.

Heres a look at the full squad revealed by EA’s FIFA team on Wednesday morning.

This week’s starting XI features just one Premier League player with Arsenal’s Laurent Koscielny. He scored a goal and played lockdown defense to help his club defeat Chelsea 2-0.

Some fans and gamers will notice that Mohamed Salah didn’t make the latest TOTW despite predictions he might. Salah had two goals for Liverpool against Crystal Palace, so he may be a major snub on TOTW 19.

FIFA 19 Team of the Week 19: Substitutes, reserves

There’s a new batch of substitutes and reserves for this week’s TOTW 19. Gamers will find an 86-rated Anthony Lopes as the goalkeeper in this group, with the rest of the bunch bringing low 80s. It includes Henry Onyekuru after he scored a hat trick in Galatasaray’s recent game. A trio of 78-rated reserves is among the five players in this week’s TOTW 19.
