FIFA 22 Flashback SBC: How to Unlock Giorgio Chiellini Card in Ultimate Team
A new FIFA 22 Flashback SBC is available, giving gamers a way to earn an upgraded Giorgio Chiellini item for their Ultimate Team rosters. It’ll involve completing a Squad Building Challenge in the popular FUT mode. We’ve got details on Chiellini’s new card and what it’ll take to acquire one through the Flashback SBC.
Giorgio Chiellini gets upgraded FUT item
EA’s FIFA 22 Flashback SBC items give veteran players stats they had in a previous version of the Ultimate Team mode. In a release over the past several weeks, a Karim Benzema Flashback SBC arrived in FUT.
EA recently released a new item for 6-foot-2 CB Giorgio Chiellini along with their Black Friday Signature Signings and other SBCs. Chiellini’s SBC item is based on his 2005-06 Serie A debut with the fictional Piemonte Calcio. That’s the name of the squad that replaced Juventus, who EA lost licensing rights to use in-game starting with FIFA 20.
Based on the card front, he brings 86 Physical, 86 Defense, and 80 Pace amongst his top attributes. The card also features 90 ratings for Defensive Awareness, Jumping, Composure, and Strength. Other key attributes include his 87 Aggression, 88 Reactions, and 86 Interceptions. Check out the full card attributes below.
Chiellini brings Medium/High Workrates with the item. In addition, he’s got just a two-star for Skill Moves and three-star Weak Foot. Based on FUTBIN votes, adding the Shadow Chemistry to this item really gives it a nice boost.
It’ll push his Pace up a whopping 10 points to 90, and boost his Defense by eight points to a 94. That makes for a great CB on many rosters in Ultimate Team.
How to complete Chiellini FIFA 22 Flashback SBC
In order to complete Chiellini’s FIFA 22 Flashback SBC, gamers need to assemble three different squads. They are the Piemonte Calcio, Serie A TIM, and Italy squads. We’ve outlined the requirements for each below, along with the reward for each.
Piemonte Calcio: Min. 1 Piemonte Calcio player, One Signature Signings Player, Min. Team Rating 82, Min. Team Chemistry 65. (Reward: Small Electrum Players Pack)
Serie A TIM: Min. 1 Serie A TIM player, Min. Team Rating 83, Min. Team Chemistry 60. (Reward: Small Prime Electrum Players Pack)
Italy squad: Min. 1 Italy player, Min. 1 Inform player, Min. Team Rating 84, Team Chemistry 60. (Reward: Small Prime Gold Players Pack)
By completing all three of the above squads, you’ll also unlock the Giorgio Chiellini FIFA 22 Flashbacks SBC item.
Approximate cost for completing the SBC ranges by platform. For PlayStation gamers, the estimated cost is 110,400 FUT Coins. For Xbox gamers, it’s about 114,000 Coins, with the PC Origin gamers needing approximately 120,000 Coins to complete the SBC.
