FIFA 22 Web App Release Date: FUT Companion App Launches for Ultimate Team
Many fans had been awaiting the official FIFA 22 web app release date, and the launch has now arrived! The FUT 22 companion app is now available online, and soon on mobile devices. With this companion app, gamers can get an early start with the FIFA 22 Ultimate Team mode ahead of the game’s release date. Here are more details about the features it includes and how to start using the app.
FIFA 22 web app gives Ultimate Team access on the go
With the FIFA 22 web app, gamers can access many features for the game’s Ultimate Team mode right at their fingertips. For example, the companion app allows gamers to buy or sell players at the Transfer Market online without being on their consoles.
This is something unique for EA’s FIFA title, as it’s generally not offered with their Madden or NHL game apps for Ultimate Team mode.
Another feature with the app is being able to complete Squad Building Challenges (SBCs). With these, gamers must put together squads with specific players to meet the SBC requirements. Once a squad is completed, a reward arrives such as a pack, player, or currency.
The app also allows gamers to claim any rewards they may have earned from Ultimate Team’s weekly competitions. These include Champions, Division Rivals, Squad Battles, and FUT Events.
Additionally, the Companion App allows gamers to customize their FUT stadium. Every aspect of the FUT stadium can be customized on the go including walkout music, goal celebrations, pyrotechnics, and more.
Lastly, the FUT 22 app will let gamers choose sides in FUT Events for your Club or the greater Community. You can compete against the FUT Community in Team Events, or choose to collaborate for collective rewards.
Where to access or download the new FUT 22 app
The new app for Ultimate Team launched on Wednesday, September 22 online. Gamers can access the FUT 22 companion app via EA’s website here. In order to use it, you’ll need to have a valid EA account associated with FIFA. Log in using that account on the website, or on the mobile app.
Regarding the mobile app, that will launch on Thursday, September 23 for iOS and Android devices. For iOS devices, download the FIFA 22 web app here at App Store. For Android devices, download it at Google Play Store.
The FIFA 22 game officially releases on October 1, 2021, for PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PCs.
