Final Fantasy XIV Starlight Celebration 2018 Kicks Off Starting Today
Square Enix sent out a press release this morning announcing that the Final Fantasy XIV Starlight Celebration 2018 has begun. Players can jump back into FFXIV right now and enjoy all of the wintery offerings. The press release announcement notes that players are welcome to give the world of Hydaelyn the gift of music once again. The winter limited time event starts today.
The Final Fantasy XIV Starlight Celebration 2018 will last from now through Monday, December 31. That gives players just around two weeks to check out all of the seasonal festivities. As for this year’s musical theme, it’s all about encouraging players to raise their voice in song. This is because the Ishgardian choral performance is running into trouble finding new singers.
Where to Start Final Fantasy XIV Starlight Celebration 2018
If you’re looking to check out the FFXIV Starlight Celebration this year, you will need to head to Old Gridania. That is the location for many of the previous limited time events so this is no surprise. The exact location is at the Amphitheatre at X: 10.2, Y: 9.4. There, you will find the NPC Amh Garanjy with the starting quest called “Not-so-silent Night”.
Here is a reminder that you must be at least level 15 with a Disciple of War or Magic class in order to take on this quest. The Final Fantasy XIV Starlight Celebration 2018 not only offers a nice little story to enjoy but some awesome, exclusive rewards, too.
