Final Madden 20 Power Up Expansion Player Cards Released for Ultimate Team

As EA transitions from Madden 20 season into the new Madden 21 game, it means winding down the Ultimate Team content. Last weekend, we saw the final Ultimate Legends players revealed including Bo Jackson. Next week, the Rookie Premiere sets will officially expire. As of Tuesday, EA also unveiled the final Madden 20 Power Up Expansion player cards for MUT.

Who are the final Madden 20 Power Up Expansion players?

In a series of tweets since Monday, the remaining Madden 20 Power Up Expansion players made were shown off. They include stars such as the Carolina Panthers’ Christian McCaffrey, New Orleans Saints’ Michael Thomas, and San Francisco 49ers legend Steve Young.

New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz is the fourth of the offensive players with new Power Up cards. Former Panthers left end Julius Peppers, and Rams free safety Lamarcus Joyner are the two defensive players and round out the six players revealed.

More details about each of the player’s attributes are available at MUTHEAD’s report.

The release has plenty of notable snubs worth mentioning. These include players such as Saquon Barkley, George Kittle, DeShaun Watson, Drew Brees, DeAndre Hopkins, Jaylon Smith, Joe Mixon, Khalil Mack, and Aaron Rodgers, to name a few. These players don’t have cards that reach the 99 level.

Many members of the Madden community are hoping that maybe there’s one final promotion in store featuring upgraded cards for many of the players listed above.

How do the player cards work and where do you get them?

Power Up cards allow gamers to spend Madden Training in order to boost the players up to new ratings levels. Along the way, powering up may require special cards such as a Core Elite, MUT Heroes, NFL 100, or Legends card.

Each of the Madden 20 Power Up cards above show what the players’ attributes are when the cards are fully powered up to a 99 overall rating.

There are a number of ways to get the Madden 20 Power Up cards including new Ultimate Challenges that are part of the game. By defeating a specific challenge, you’ll get that player’s PU card.

In addition, Power Up cards often pop up in packs. They are also available via auction listings for bidding or “Buy Now” prices with Madden Coins.

Some of the Power Up cards can end up receiving high prices at the Auction Browser, depending on how popular the player is for Ultimate Team. For example, Christian Okoye’s Power Up card was going for as much as 30,000 Coins due to how powerful he is for the fullback position.
