Can you believe that we are just a few short months away from finally being able to play the long-awaited sequel to Red Dead Redemption? In some ways, it seems like just yesterday that Rockstar Games finally confirmed that Red Dead Redemption 2 is on the way. Then again, in other ways, it feels like the wait since then has been eternal.
Now we’re starting to see something exciting—huge advertisements for RDR2!
This photo of a Red Dead Redemption 2 poster was captured and posted by @GreatBriTom on Twitter. On the poster, you can see portraits of four characters from the game along with the caption ‘Outlaws For Life.” As best we can tell, the character on the far right is a young John Marston, while the one on the left is the gang leader, Dutch. The poster also mentions the release date for the game. There is some smaller text too at the bottom, but we can’t make it out from this distance.
With only a few months left to wait until the game releases, we’re hoping that some more information about the game as well as some game play footage could be on the way soon—but we’ll just have to wait and see. We do know that members of the media have already received some RDR2 merchandise, and that’s a start.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will release on October 26th, 2018, and will be available to play on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Be sure to check out our dedicated news feed on RDR2, and don’t forget to pre-order the game so you can enjoy it right away when it releases!
