Fortnite Season 7 Live Event: Everything You Need to Know

Fortnite Battle Royale players are just a few days away from another live event. Season 7 of Chapter 2 is coming to its end in a spectacular fashion. On September 12, players will have a unique opportunity to witness another Fortnite live event and we are expecting it to be one of the biggest events ever.

This will be the second event of the season, with the first one being the Ariana Grande concert. However, unlike the concert, the upcoming event is related to the lore, which is what makes it very exciting.

Season 7 Fortnite live event will be huge

According to the teasers released so far, Agent Slone and Imagined Order will play a big role in the upcoming live event. Furthermore, it appears that they are targeting the Mothership. More precisely, there seems to be a specific spot on the Mothership players will have to focus on.

Players will once again use jetpacks.

Once again, jetpacks will be included in a live event. These may be the same jetpacks players wear on their backs while visiting the Mothership in the game, although that hasn’t been confirmed yet.

The upcoming Fortnite live event will be called Operation: Sky Fire. Just like the other live events that are related to the lore, players will be able to witness it only once. However, what makes this event different is that players will not be able to watch it again through the replay tool. Because of this, we can expect servers to go down right after the event.

The exact time of the event

If you want to attend the Fortnite live event, you will have to be in the game before 4 PM ET on Sunday, September 12. It is recommended to log in at least one hour before the event starts, which would be at 3 PM. Considering that Fortnite live events are extremely popular, there is a good chance that servers will be full when the event starts. Fortnite Season 8 will most likely come out on either Monday or Tuesday, so we can expect a long downtime. Considering that most seasons release on either Tuesdays or Thursdays, we may be looking at 30 or more hours of downtime. If you haven’t completed all the challenges this season, make sure to get them done before the event!
