GOAT Giannis Antetokounmpo Headlines NBA 2K20 Fan Favorite Cards for MyTeam
As the NBA season restart is a week away, the content in NBA 2K20 is continuing to arrive. The latest packs to arrive are more of the Fan Favorite variety, this time featuring two Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) player items. Leading the way is a GOAT Giannis Antetokounmpo Galaxy Opal for the Milwaukee Bucks All-Star who is also the favorite for NBA MVP.
GOAT Giannis, Yao cards lead NBA 2K20 Fan Favorite packs
Two players we saw appear together in packs back in late April are back again. GOAT Giannis Antetokounmpo and Yao Ming Galaxy Opals are now available as part of the newest NBA 2K20 Fan Favorite release. They’ll appear randomly in the packs, or for a high price on the Auction listings.
The GOAT Giannis card gives the Greek Freak his best card in MyTeam to date. Giannis previously got a Galaxy Opal in the Takeover series which had 96 Athleticism, 95 Inside Scoring, and then 93s for Outside Scoring, Playmaking, and Defending.
On the new Giannis card, he’s got 99s for Inside Scoring, Athleticism, and Rebounding. Everything else is a 98. He also gets 10 Gold and 64 Hall of Fame Badges on the GOAT card including Deadeye, Dream Shake, Dimer, Rim Protector, and Clamps.
Yao Ming previously appeared in the Flash 6 packs with a Galaxy Opal. However, he’s now joined the elite players with a GOAT card. Yao has 99 Rebounding along with 98s for Outside/Inside Scoring, Playmaking, and Defending. Nine Gold and 64 Hall of Fame Badges are also on the card.
Other new cards in the third Fan Favorite packs include Galaxy Opals for Dino Radja, Eddy Curry, Gheorghe Muresan, and Nick Young. There’s also a Michael Jordan Pink Diamond card in there, although there’s already an MJ GOAT card out. Here’s the full lineup of upgraded items:

Fan Favorite packs, boxes, and listing prices
You can buy single packs, multi-pack boxes, or try to obtain cards through the Auction listings. A single NBA 2K20 Fan Favorite pack of five cards will cost 7,500 VC or 10,500 MT. A 10-pack box is 67,500 VC while a 20-pack box is going for 135,000 VC.
In terms of auction listings, that GOAT Giannis is commanding over 2.6 million MT on the PS4. The GOAT Yao cards are going for about 1.5 million MT on PS4.
Other top cards include the Eddy Curry and Dino Radja each going for 100,000 MT, while Muresan is under 70,000 MT right now.
