Hitman 2 developer Io Interactive has released a new “How to Hitman” video (the third in a series). The latest video shows off the many conventional and unconventional means of murder that players will have available to them. It’s not a very long video, but if you’re the murderously creative sort, it’s still super satisfying.

The video shows that walking up and shooting your target is an option, but it’s usually not the best one. Hitman 2 players who want to eliminate their assigned targets and remain undetected will have to think creatively. Fortunately for them, that creativity can be expressed using a wide range of different implements.
Firearms can be handy in a pinch, but Agent 47 will also be able to utilize gadgets, explosives, and even everyday objects in his bid to eliminate the target and get out. Tools such as concussion grenades, remote-detonated cell phones, noise traps, and proximity tasers can ensure that your victims are dead before they even know what hit them. And of course, for the truly discerning eye, environmental hazards can reward proper planning and timing. Who knew that coconuts could be so deadly?
The video also shows that Hitman 2’s environments can do more than simply provide the proper killing tools. Mirrors can be used to keep an eye on NPC’s from around corners or from a vantage point. Players have to be careful though since if they can clearly see an NPC in a mirror, chances are good the NPC can see them as well.
Hitman 2 arrives on November 13 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Io Interactive recently announced that the game has gone gold and production of game discs has begun.
