Madden 19 Offseason Content Released: New Team MVPs Travis Kelce, Demario Davis, & More

As of Friday, Madden 19 gamers are now able to go after more of the NFL offseason content released for the game. There are now new Team Builder players available as well as four new Team MVPs. The latest Madden 19 NFL offseason content brings the likes of the Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce and New Orleans Saints’ Demario Davis, along with more.

Madden 19 Offseason Content: New Team MVPs include Kelce, Davis

The first 20 Team MVPs featured worthy players from teams that failed to make the postseason. Over the past week, we’ve seen a number of Madden Ultimate Team MVP players revealed from teams that made the playoffs. Those included star players like Deshaun Watson of the Texans and Khalil Mack of the Bears. Now we’ve got Team MVP cards for the final four squads in the postseason. The New Orleans Saints, Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Rams, and New England Patriots each have Team MVPs as shown below.

Highlighting the latest group for the offense is the Chiefs’ Travis Kelce. Just like the other MVPs released, Kelce brings a 97 OVR with this new card. Kelce’s top attributes include a 96 Catch in Traffic, 95 Spectacular Catch, and 93 Short Route Run. That’s fitting for a tight end who was a major part of the Chiefs’ success this past season.

Kelce played in all 16 regular season games and finished with 103 receptions for 1,336 yards and 10 receiving touchdowns. For the playoffs, he had 10 receptions, 131 yards, and a touchdown in his team’s push which came close to a Super Bowl appearance.

Gamers will also see that the Saints’ Demario Davis, Rams’ John Johnson III, and Patriots’ Shaq Mason each were named Madden Team MVPs. Davis tallied 74 solo tackles and 110 total, as well as two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. Just like Kelce’s Chiefs, the Saints were also one (controversial) winning outcome away from a Super Bowl appearance.

Meanwhile, the AFC and NFC Super Bowl representatives also received Team MVPs. As noted, these are players beyond the typical stars like Todd Gurley, Jared Goff, Rob Gronkowski, or Tom Brady. They’ll certainly give a major boost to those gamers building up MUT rosters full of Rams or Patriots cards with high ratings and team chemistry.

Madden 19 Offseason Content: New Team Builders

There are also new Madden Ultimate Team Builders cards available. These are now 48 new high-rated cards for each of the four squads mentioned above: Chiefs, Saints, Rams, and Patriots. As shown in the tweet below, they include players such as Eric Berry from Kansas City, LaMarcus Joyner from the Rams, Cameron Jordan from the Saints, and James Develin of the Patriots.

Gamers can see a full database of the latest Team Builders over at MUThead here. They offer a filter on the right-side area to sort by teams and see who the Chiefs, Patriots, Saints, and Rams’ cards are.

There are specific requirements to earn Ultimate Team MVP cards. That could be something like collecting a number of the Team Builder cards as a set to exchange. So keep an eye on the Madden Ultimate Team screen for more information on full requirements.
