New Madden 20 Legends Players Arrive With LTD Antwaan Randle El, Dwight Freeney, and Jordan Gross
It’s been a short while due to the holidays, but Madden Ultimate Team hasn’t forgotten about the Madden 20 Legends. On Saturday, a trio of all-time greats was added to the MUT program with a variety of items now available. They include a limited-availability packs card for Antwaan Randle El, along with new Dwight Freeney and Jordan Gross items.
Madden 20 Legends cards for Randle El, Freeney, and Gross
Just as the new NFL Playoffs cards arrive in Madden 20 so do several brand new Legends. Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antwaan Randle El leads the way with his new 95 overall LTD Madden 20 Legends card. His Boss item features 93 Deep Route Run, 92 Speed, 91 Short Route Run, 90 Spectacular Catch, and 90 Catch in Traffic attributes.
Joining him as new Legends players are former Colts right end Dwight Freeney and Panthers left tackle Jordan Gross. Both players have new 94 OVR Boss Legends cards. Freeney’s includes 94 Finesse Moves, 91 Acceleration, 90 Play Recognition, and 86 Speed. For Gross’ key attributes, he’s got 94 Pass Block, 94 Pass Block Finesse, 93 Awareness, 92 Strength, and 92 Run Block Finesse.
Each of the above players also has a new Power Up item as well as five other Legends cards with lower ratings. Read on for more details about how to get any of these new items in Ultimate Team mode.
How to get the new Legends items
Randle El, Freeney, and Gross have new Madden 20 Legends Challenges available in Ultimate Team. These involve defeating that particular legend’s team in a game on a difficulty level of One Star to Three Stars. Each star level features rewards. There are also in-game bonus goals available to bring two more stars for a maximum total of five Stars.
Winning the game and achieving one Star will earn the Legend Power Up Player item and 500 Coins. Two Stars brings that along with another 500 Coins. Three, Four, and Five Stars each bring an additional 700 Coins.
To get the 94 OVR Boss Legends cards up above, gamers need to put together a set featuring the five other Madden 20 Legends cards for that particular player. So that means a set of the Legends’ 92 OVR, 90 OVR, 88 OVR, 87 OVR, and 86 OVR cards.
The cards are available through packs in the Madden Ultimate Team Store. The Antwaan Randel El item is available for a limited-time in packs until 10 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, January 6.
All of the above items are also available to bid on or buy now at the Auction Browser. The 95 OVR Randle El card is currently set at prices between 530,000 and over 600,000 Madden Coins, making it the priciest of the bunch.
