Take Two Interactive has released a roster update for their popular NBA 2K18 game as the NBA season heads into the playoffs.
The starters for the top 4 seeds in the Eastern Conference had their overall ratings updated in the game. These reflect the most recent ratings. Notable injured players like the Sixers’ Joel Embiid and Celtics’ Kyrie Irving are left out.
NBA 2K18 Ratings Eastern Conference
Toronto Raptors
We’ll start with the top seed in the East, the Toronto Raptors. They had a regular season record of 59-23 and their starting 5 is rated very highly by 2K Sports.

- Pascal Siakam – 76 Overal
- Demar Derozan – 89 Overall
- Kyle Lowry – 84 Overall
- Serge Ibaka – 80 Overall
Boston Celtics
Next up is the Boston Celtics who ended the year with a 55-27 record. Injured stars like Gordon Hayward and Kyrie Irving are noticeably absent.

Philadelphia 76ers
The Philadelphia 76ers have the 3 seed in the East and are led by Ben Simmons. When Joel Embiid comes back, they will become a much stronger NBA 2K18 team.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are still the best team in the Eastern Conference to play with. You’ll probably want to stay away from the Boston Celtics unless you are a hardcore fan. Their injuries make the team not nearly as strong as the 2nd seed in the East would lead you to believe.
