NBA 2K20 Spotlight Series I Super Packs Now Available Featuring LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and More

LeBron James and Kobe Bryant headline the limited-time NBA 2K20 Spotlight Series I Super packs in MyTeam. The special packs became available as of Wednesday, November 6 within the NBA 2K20 MyTeam Market. That means gamers will need to act quickly if they want a chance at the top cards in these packs with just about a day’s time to land them.

News of the NBA 2K20 Spotlight Series I Super Packs arrived on Wednesday (Nov. 6) with a promotional tweet. It shows off several of the prized cards available through these packs. The 94-rated Diamond cards for a Cleveland Cavaliers’ LeBron James and Brandon Roy lead the way for the promotion. However, Kobe Bryant, Tracy McGrady, and Carmelo Anthony have Amethyst items to potentially land. There are also other many player items floating around in the packs.

The five cards shown above are just some of the great player items available. There’s also a 96 overall Pink Diamond Rolando Blackman card, as well as Amethyst Tim Duncan, Amethyst Scottie Pippen, Ruby Allen Iverson, Sapphire Shaquille O’Neal, and Emerald Steve Nash amongst the available items in Super Packs.

The NBA 2K20 Spotlight Series I Super Packs and Boxes are available for only Virtual Currency right now. A base pack of five cards costs 11,250 VC. A 10-pack box goes for 101,250 VC while a 20-pack box is 202,500 VC. Many gamers are wondering why there’s no option to purchase the packs for MyTeam Tokens, which is a great question.

The cards are also available at the Auction area of NBA 2K20 MyTeam. As of this report, LeBron James’ Diamond card had bids starting from 186,900 to 253,000 MyTeam Tokens. There were recent winning bids for the Kobe Bryant Amethyst card at 58,850 and 60,600 MT, while Tracy McGrady was going for 40,000 to over 67,000 MT for bids or buys.
