A brand new Pokemon GO leak has been made public latelt, revealing the introduction of new Pokemon in the popular mobile game. Nincanda, Smeargle and Deoxys are some of them, getting their own special shiny versions.
Niantic has something special in store for us, bringingnew addition to our Pokedex. The aforementioned Pokemon GO leak has been revealed by Chrales, who has been datamining the game for a long time now, helping the community get a hold on of what’s coming to the game in the near future.
The list of leaked additions to Pokemon GO includes:
- Smeargle
- Nincada
- Ninjask
- Shedinja
- Clamperl
- Huntail
- Celebi
- Jirachi
- Deoxys
All the sprites and shiny forms have leaked as well, thanks to Reddit user JANKA lml with information taken from Network Traffic. Here they are:
As you can see, all Pokemon GO leak findings have unique shiny forms, giving them some rarity even if found with low CP. However, one Pokemon stands out and it’s the Deoxys.
Deoxys has multiple forms, each one with its own mechanics and model. One thing that we don’t know yet is if each form will have to be caught individually to complete your Pokedex if there will be some other feature allowing you to choose which form you want. We expect the first theory to be the real one, with possibly one of those forms being better for raids, one for gym defence and one for gym attacks.
This brings our Pokedexes closer to completion, giving some satisfaction to players that want to find and catch all the Pokemon that are available right now. Now that trading is finally available, it will be easier than ever to hit that 100% completion achievement.
Pokemon GO is currently on its 3rd generation of Pokemon, with the 4th possibly coming later this year. Niantic has already revealed last year that they want to release at least one generation per year, sometime close to the game’s anniversary.
