We’ve been waiting for a new Pokemon GO Legendary Raid to hit the game for quite some time now. Fortunately, Niantic had a few aces up its sleeve. Cresselia has been added to the roster and you can now hit the wild and obtain it.
No one can deny that Cresselia is one of the most unique and beautiful Pokemon in the game. Additionally, it is still pretty hard to obtain it. It’s no secret that this makes the announcement of the new Pokemon GO Legendary Raid even more enticing.
The Cresselia Pokemon GO Legendary raid will be available from Nov. 20, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8) to Dec. 18, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8).
It’s still pretty early to know what its counters will be but we can make predictions. Any Dark, Ghost or Bug pokemon can be incredibly strong against it, given its Psychic element. For instance, Scizor is particularly good as a bug type. Additionally, Tyranittar will be a must here as well. Last but not least, Gengar is also pretty good against Psychic pokemon.
We’ll sure give you a better look on the Cresselia Pokemon GO legendary raid as soon as the experts get a verdict. The Pokemon GO community is extremely diligent in these types of guides so it won’t be long before we get an extensive one.
Unfortunately, the new Cresselia Pokemon GO Legendary raid doesn’t come cheap. It replaces the Giratina raid. So, if you haven’t obtained Giratina yet, tough luck. You’ll probably have to wait for the next legendary raid including it or some type of special community event.
