Next Fallout 76 Beta Times Announced for This Weekend

The Fallout 76 Beta went live on the 23rd, earlier this week, giving gamers who pre-ordered the title on Xbox One the chance to try it out. The Beta is only available during certain specific time-slots, and Bethesda has now announced when the next ones will be. The Beta won’t be live again until Saturday the 27th.

Fallout 76 Beta Times Announced for This Weekend

Bethesda shared details of the upcoming Beta time-slots on the Xbox One via Twitter; “We’re excited you’re excited to play more Fallout 76,” says the studio; “We hope to see you in our next two sessions.”

The first of the next two time-slots when the Fallout 76 Beta will be accessible will be on Saturday the 27th. The Beta will open at 5 PM ET and close at 7 PM ET. The second two-hour slot will take place the following day, from 12 PM ET to 2 PM ET. Once again, these slots will not be different in different time zones. These limited windows strongly suggest that Bethesda is intentionally stress-testing the game’s servers by trying to ensure as many players are trying to connect to the game as possible at the same time. Fortunately for fans hoping for more actual time to play the game, Bethesda continued to say; “We’ll have more sessions featuring extended hours to share soon. Thank you for your support!”

The Fallout 76 Beta is due to start on the 30th of October for PC and PlayStation 4, ahead of the game’s full release on the 14th of November. It’s presently unknown exactly how long the Beta will go on for. Bethesda is only announcing the Beta times days before each new window, giving fans little time to plan ahead. Fortunately, those fans (especially those in Europe for whom the Beta times have been very late at night) won’t have to wait long before the game actually releases.
