Red Dead Redemption 2 Soundtrack Announced, Features Over 110 Contributing Musicians

Rockstar Games has announced the official Red Dead Redemption 2 soundtrack. The soundtrack is comprised of wholly original tracks that were made specifically just for the game. The official soundtrack was composed by Woody Jackson. Jackson is best known for his work on the original Red Dead Redemption and other Rockstar titles like GTA V.

In total, there are over 110 musicians who contributed to the soundtrack. It features talent from various popular entertainment franchises like Sons of Anarchy, True Detective, and Hereditary. In addition, there are numerous performances from several award-winning artists. The well-known artists include D’Angelo, Willie Nelson, Nas, Rhiannon Giddens, Josh Homme, and David Ferguson. Players can look forward to hearing all of the tracks when the soundtrack releases.

Unfortunately, Rockstar did not give a release date for the Red Dead Redemption 2 soundtrack in the press release. Because of this, it is currently unknown when players can get their hands on it. Also, no further information was given on pricing and how it will be sold. Thankfully, interested players can, of course, get a glimpse at the soundtrack right now.

Though it is not currently being sold, you can certainly hear it for yourself in the game. The game features an impressive and unique soundtrack that captures the feel of 1899. Our official review of the game is coming soon but in the meantime, we have a ton of content for you to enjoy. With such a long game that takes at least 50 hours to complete, there is plenty to see and do.

As such, we have made sure to bring tons of guides and other content on various things. One such guide is the recent gold bar glitch that you won’t want to miss out on if you are needing some cash. That glitch will most likely be patched out soon so don’t miss out.
