Microsoft Announces New Robot White Xbox One X Complete With Fallout 76

Shortly after announcing a new Fallout 76 Xbox One X bundle at Gamescom, Microsoft has announced another one. The new bundle is part of a larger announcement, however, which is that the company plans to release a Robot White Xbox One X. The color palette first featured on the Xbox One S. Only available from some retailers, the new Xbox One X will release bundled with Fallout 76.

The Robot White Xbox One X With Fallout 76

The Robot White color palette was first used by Microsoft as the color of the Xbox One S, before they reverted to black for the Xbox One X last year. From November, there will be an alternate Robot White version of the console available for sale. However, the console will be exclusively available from both GameStop and the Microsoft Store in the United States. It will be available from other retailers around the world. The console will retail for a bundle price of $499.00, matching the price of the recently announced Fallout 76 bundle.

Fallout 76 Now Has Two Xbox One X Bundles

The Robot White Xbox One X Special Edition Fallout 76 Bundle will come with the console (featuring 1TB of storage), an Elite Wireless Controller (also in Robot White), and a copy of Fallout 76. Like the recently announced Fallout 76 Xbox One X bundle, this bundle also includes one free month’s subscription to Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold. During the Microsoft live-stream at Gamescom 2018, Microsoft announced several upcoming Xbox One X bundles, including ones for both Fallout 76 and Battlefield 5. The Fallout 76 bundle is scheduled for release on the 14th of November, two days that of the new Robot White Xbox One X, which is due for release on the 16th. It is also retailing at the same price, with much the same contents. The only significant differences are the color palette of the console and controller.
