Speculation has been raging for a long time about where Grand Theft Auto 6 will take place. Now, there is a rumor that it could be set on a chain of tropical islands. Indeed, if the theory is right, the GTA 6 setting will be “Paradise Isle.” Let’s take a look at where this rumor comes from.

The poster explains in the comments, “So in the changing rooms in the back of the strip club there are these postcards referring “Paradise Isle”. Initially I thought the name “Paradise Isle” could be a reference to somewhere like Hawaii or The Bahamas, but after the alleged map leak it also seems the pictures fit pretty well regarding distance and such. You can also take a look at the 3 islands I pointed out in the top postcard. Let me know what you think. I personally think the top right island could be a GTA version of Bahamas.”
It does seem like it might be a plausible theory. Then again, Paradise Isle might have some other relevance. Maybe it is alluding to new content that might show up in GTA Online, for example. Or perhaps it isn’t a location we will actually get to visit, just somewhere pertaining to a back story for something else. Regardless, all we can do at this point is speculate. There is not nearly enough information here to conclude anything.
