When you think of overpowered weapons in Fortnite, the Drum Gun is probably on a short list which springs to mind . Maybe you hated it, or maybe you loved it. Either way, you can get your hands on it again in the Unvaulted LTM.
The Fortnite Drum Gun Has Returned
As the name indicates, the Unvaulted LTM allows you to play with a variety of vaulted weapons and items. The Drum Gun went into the vault back on September 11th of last year because it was so fast and accurate that it was unbalancing gameplay.
The main reason to bring it back in the LTM is of course in the name of fun. LTMs offer a good environment for experimentation and for ideas or items that wouldn’t necessarily incorporate well into the main game.
You might get a rush by picking up the this gun again. But don’t think you’ll mow your enemies down without effort. A lot of other weapons and items which Epic vaulted in the past were taken out of the game for similar reasons. So in the LTM, there will probably be plenty of other weapons that will be able to combat the Drum Gun efficiently.
