Titans’ Derrick Henry, Packers’ Aaron Rodgers Get Madden 20 Ratings Boosts Ahead of Championship Games

Dominant performances on the football field translate to player upgrades for Madden 20 ratings. That’s been the case for the past several weeks for the Tennessee Titans’ Derrick Henry as he’s been an absolute beast on the field. Henry now has his team on the verge of appearing as the AFC representative in the Super Bowl and continues to watch his ratings surge.

Derrick Henry, Aaron Rodgers get Madden 20 ratings upgrades

The Tennessee Titans shocked the world once with their Wild Card Round win against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. They did it once again this past weekend by defeating Lamar Jackson and the top-seeded Baltimore Ravens, 28-12. Once again, Henry’s performance was key as he tallied a whopping 195 yards rushing on 30 carries as well as a passing touchdown on a trick play to help his team.

While he isn’t quite near the 99 Club yet, he’s getting closer with each performance. In their new Madden 20 ratings update, Derrick Henry went up by another two points to become a 92 overall in the game. As he continues to perform well, he should continue to rise. Gamers are also hoping that EA developers will give him a Superstar X-Factor ability as well as a new card for Ultimate Team soon.

Another player on the rise in the NFL Playoffs is Aaron Rodgers. The veteran Green Bay Packers quarterback has his team close to a Super Bowl appearance as well. Rodgers threw for 243 yards and two touchdowns to help his team defeat Seattle and advance to the NFC Championship Game against the San Francisco 49ers.

That brought the Packers veteran a one-point boost to become an 89 overall in the Madden 20 ratings. It’s also his first ratings increase since Week 8 but well deserved.

Tre Flowers, Demarcus Robinson see their OVRs drop

A few recent playoff players that suffered Madden 20 ratings declines were Seattle’s Tre Flowers and Kansas City’s Demarcus Robinson. In the Seahawks game, Flowers was unable to contain his defensive assignment, Packers wide receiver Davante Adams. The poor defensive job allowed Adams to get eight receptions for 160 yards and two touchdowns. Due to that, Flowers dropped one point to 77 overall in the Madden 20 game.

Meanwhile, Kansas City wide receiver Demarcus Robinson didn’t have the best outing for the Chiefs either. He caught just one of the four passes thrown his way and had 25 yards. He’s down a point to 76 overall but unlike Flowers, Robinson gets a chance to bounce back in an upcoming game.
