WWE 2K19 Stomping Grounds Arena Arrives in Community Creations After PPV Results

Sunday night brought the latest WWE pay-per-view Stomping Grounds 2019 with multiple title matches and feuds across the card. Amongst the results were Seth Rollins and Kofi Kingston successfully defending their titles. The latter of those winners had a bit of help as the special guest referee wasn’t exactly acting in his best interest. Meanwhile, a WWE 2K19 Stomping Grounds arena has been added to the Community Creations area so fans can recreate last night’s magic or redo matches how they prefer.

WWE’s Ricochet Among New Champs at PPV

The WWE’s latest pay-per-view took place in Tacoma, Washington this past Sunday night and featured a stacked card. Dolph Ziggler challenged Kofi Kingston for his WWE Championship inside a steel cage. Alexa Bliss took on Bayley for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship while Becky Lynch defended the WWE RAW Women’s belt against Lacey Evans.

Also, there was an intriguing battle involving Ricochet vs. Samoa Joe for the WWE United States Championship. In a fantastic bout, the DLC addition Ricochet captured his first main roster title since coming up from WWE NXT.

Kofi, Bayley, and Becky all defended their titles successfully. In the main event, Seth Rollins had the odds stacked against him as he defended the WWE Universal Championship versus Baron Corbin with Lacey Evans as the special guest ref. It ultimately came down to Rollins’ real-life girlfriend Becky Lynch rushing down to fight off Evans, allowing Rollins to capture the victory and keep his title.

In other matches, Roman Reigns defeated Drew McIntyre, while Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn beat Big E and Xavier Woods. Also, Daniel Bryan and Rowen successfully defended their SmackDown tag team titles against Heavy Machinery.

Ricochet was among two new champions crowned at the event. Drew Gulak defeated Akira Tozawa and champion Tony Nese to become new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. See how to change WWE 2K19 champions to get the roster set right.

WWE 2K19 Stomping Grounds arena on PS4

A gamer going by the Twitter handle @fernlot created the latest pay-per-view arena. As seen in the images below, it’s a rather accurate rendition for the video game of what fans saw on last night’s WWE Network event. This particular arena set up is available for PlayStation 4 at the moment in the game’s Community Creations download area.

It’s still a bit of a wait for the WWE 2K20 in about three or four months from now. That’s why it’s great to see creative individuals in the community continuing to bring these themed arenas to the game. Coming up next is Extreme Rules 2019 from Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Sunday, July 14.
