WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil Results: Goldberg, Brock Lensar Amongst Final Eight For Brand Finals
On Friday night, college basketball will officially have all eight teams advancing in the 2019 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. The WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil results over the past few days have yielded the final eight superstars in their bracket. That will give some interesting matchups for the Brand Finals leading to the Final Four of Tournament Turmoil.
WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil Results for RAW, NXT
It’s hard to believe but we’re getting down to the final eight superstars in this virtual wrestling tournament. Thursday (Mar. 28) provided gamers a look at the latest match results for the Raw and NXT side of the 2K19 bracket. For WWE’s NXT brand, Rowe of War Raiders and Montez Ford of Street Profits are moving on. Remember, War Raiders joined the game as part of the WWE 2K Titans DLC pack. It’s a good thing they did. Rowe defeated former NXT champ Aleister Black, while Ford defeated Bobby Fish.
For WWE Raw, it’s Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman. “The Beast” defeated “The Kingslayer” Seth Rollins with a beating, multiple German duplexes, and a few F5s. Strowman defeated Roman Reigns in the other Raw match after a huge powerslam. The WWE 2K19 video below shows the Raw and NXT matches in their entirety.
We have to admit that the finalists for the NXT region have surprised us the most so far, as there are no former NXT Champions left in the region. Instead, we’re down to Rowe against Montez Ford. That’s the Cinderella story of the WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil as they move towards the Final Four.
WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil Results: Legends, SmackDown
For the WWE Legends, it was hard to pick against anyone in this region. We originally felt that The Rock was going to the Final Four, but it’s now down to Goldberg and Bret “The Hitman” Hart. Bret Hart gave Dusty Rhodes one heck of a fight and ultimately put the Sharpshooter on “The American Dream” for the submission win. A Jackhammer on The Rock was the deciding factor in Goldberg’s match. One of these guys will be advancing from the Brand Finals to the Final Four.
The real deal AJ Styles was able to win his battle against Daniel Bryan. After wearing him down, he hit the Styles Clash for the pinfall. His “golden” self was also victorious. The Golden AJ Styles defeated Kevin Owens but it was after an Ushigoroshi followed by a quick flying elbow forearm inside the ring.

We’ve got a match on the way most of us should’ve seen coming for the SmackDown Live region. It will be one AJ Styles against the Golden AJ Styles for a spot in the Final Four. Our pick to win it all is the golden version, but either one could get the tournament championship. That would lead into the upcoming Million Dollar Challenge involving the real-life AJ Styles taking on a deserving gamer in WWE 2K19.
Bottom line is we’re going to have an incredible Final Four. Looking at the matchups right now, a Bret Hart vs. AJ Styles match wouldn’t disappoint anyone. Styles vs. Goldberg also looks intriguing. However, on the other side, seeing Brock Lesnar or Braun Strowman against their potential NXT opponents may be a squash.
