Kevin Owens on WWE 2K20 roster with new entrance

It’s no surprise to see Kevin Owens back in the game as he’s been part of WWE for years now and a fan favorite since his NXT days. His matches against John Cena and victory against Cena also helped build his main roster character even more. Add in the rivalry with Sami Zayn, his Universal title reign, and the whole friendship story with Chris Jericho and Owens is certainly a big part of today’s WWE roster.

Here’s a look at the new WWE 2K20 entrance video for Kevin Owens.

Owens returns to the WWE 2K20 roster and they are showing off his new look complete with detailed tattoos, taped wrists, and a “Fight Anyone” shirt. Behind him are new graphics on the stage screens including “KO Show” and “Fight Every One.” Take a look below for more details on how the new entrance is a lot different than his 2K19 version.

A YouTube video also uploaded on Friday gives WWE fans a more revealing look at how different Kevin Owens will be on the WWE 2K20 roster. Just by watching the two entrance videos side-by-side, gamers can see how much more detail is involved with a fuller beard, the tattoos, and the entrance animation screens behind him.

His in-ring movement is also different, with the 2K20 Owens resting is arms on the ropes to look towards the ramp as he awaits his opponent. Really, only Owens’ theme music, the “one fall” crowd yell, and KO’s attitude in the ring are the only similarities. Check out the side-by-side 2K20 and 2K19 comparison below.

While we know that Kevin Owens will be a part of the WWE 2K20 roster, we don’t know where he’ll be in the 2K20 superstar ratings. In the WWE 2K19 game, Owens was rated at was an 88 overall. That was actually down two points from his 90 OVR in WWE 2K18, so it’s going to be interesting to see if he stays around 88 or rises a bit for 2K20.

Check out Samoa Joe’s entrance video for a comparison of his 2K19 with his brand new 2K20 entrance. In addition to Joe and Owens we’ve also seen Buddy Murphy, so there are more superstar entrances on the way.
