You read that right, there is a new Final Fantasy XIV Free Login Campaign that is now available on PC and PS4. Players who are no longer active subscribers can jump back into the game and enjoy themselves some free MMORPG goodness. This is a great way to prepare for the upcoming Shadowbringers expansion this summer.
In fact, Square Enix knows that many players will want to use the Final Fantasy XIV Free Login Campaign for that very purpose and is marketing it thusly. Usually, these campaigns only allow players to enjoy a couple of days during one specific month or so. But this one is allowing players up to seven days (an entire week!) of free access to playing the MMORPG.
Better yet, this offer begins today, April 8, and runs through June 17, 2019. So, you don’t have to start it today and we actually recommend that you don’t do that. This is because the Final Fantasy XV collaboration event is starting later this month so it makes more sense to wait until then. It will also give you time to complete all of the main story quests in time for the expansion.
However, there are some restrictions that are worth mentioning regarding this Final Fantasy XIV Free Login Campaign. As we already mentioned, it’s only for seven days and you select which week it is. Once you login, it starts the week and it will end seven days later. But you must have an inactive account that has been inactive for at least 30 days.
So, even if you don’t meet that requirement, you’ll still have seven free days in the Final Fantasy XIV Free Login Campaign in the future. Simply wait until May or June to redeem your seven free days. This is a great way to enjoy patch 4.5 and all of the other final Stormblood content ahead of the new expansion on July 2, 2019.
